How to view my order?
You can log into your personal section on our website. After login, you are shown a list of all your orders and their status.
How can I track my order?
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message, along with tracking details, or you can click track order, send whatsapp message of your order number, we will send you the tracking details.
What is the standard order processing time?
For India Orders: All domestic orders are processed within 2 business working days. For South India, orders will be delivered within 3 – 5 business working days (Monday – Friday). For North India, orders will be delivered within 5 – 10 business working days depending on your location.
For International Orders: All international orders are processed within 3 business working day. Orders will be delivered within 10 -15 business working days depending on your location.
