• For India Orders: All domestic orders are processed within 2 business working days. For South India, orders will be delivered within 3 – 5 business working days (Monday – Friday). For North India, orders will be delivered within 5 – 10 business working days depending on your location.

  • At Iraa Organics, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
  • Iraa Organics is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
  • In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other condition), refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours with video proof of unboxing, from the time of delivery. Please take the video without any cut, copy, or pause in between. Resealing of the package after opening and taking video will not be acceptable at any cause.
  • Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Iraa Organics.

Please provide your order number, name, address, and date of delivery with a brief description of the issue for our understanding. The products must be returned in a sale-able condition with the original receipt intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-
  • Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and final approval by Iraa Organics. Only after we receive the returned products your replacement will be processed. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. Once your exchange request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
  • All items, once dispatched, are considered sold. No refunds will be processed once the order has been dispatched.

  • For Corporate Gifting or Wedding Gifts or Bulk Purchases or Retailing our products in your city, we offer considerable amount of discount for your bulk order. 
  • All orders must be paid in full before we can process the order.
  • We need a lead time of 7 working days to process the bulk orders. If our regular stock is in an “overstock” situation, we will pull from our stock inventory and ship the order immediately.
